We are a group of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are passionate about providing the highest level of care and support to individuals with special needs. Each member of our team brings unique skills and experiences, all contributing to the warm and welcoming environment that PFC is known for.

John Hughes
Chairman
As the Chairman of PFC, John Hughes provides strategic direction and leadership. With a deep commitment to our mission, John and our other directors, ensure that the centre continues to grow and serve the community effectively. His experience and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the centre’s vision and ensuring that we remain focused on providing exceptional care.
Our Team
Veronika Booth
Veronicka oversees the day-to-day operations of PFC, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and that every service user receives personalised care. Her leadership and experience in working with individuals with special needs make her an invaluable part of our team.
Sarah Ponsonby
Sarah’s caring nature and attention to detail make her a key member of our team. She works closely with our service users, helping them engage in activities and achieve their personal goals.
Simon
Has a laid back attitude but likes to spend time with service users to show them how to use the 3d printer and help the service user with I.T
Lacie Bell
Lacie brings a warm and friendly approach to her role. She is dedicated to supporting our service users in their daily activities, helping them build confidence and independence.
Josh Plimmer
Josh is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our service users. His energy and enthusiasm help create a lively and engaging environment at PFC.
Leiana Hood
As an apprentice, Leiana is learning and growing in her role while making a meaningful contribution to PFC. Her enthusiasm and willingness to learn make her a valued part of our team, and we are excited to see her develop her skills further.
James
James is a valued and enthusiastic member of the PFC team, having quickly settled into his role and embraced the organisation's mission. Outside of his contributions at PFC, James cherishes spending quality time with his family and enjoys a diverse range of hobbies. An avid reader with a curious mind, he also finds joy in the expressive art of dance. You'll often find James in the heart of the action at PFC – the kitchen – where his passion for cooking shines through.
Fay
Having joined PFC three months ago, Fay is already a much-liked and dedicated member of the team. Spending time with her family is what she enjoys most, and she loves a good holiday. Outside of work, Fay likes to keep active with walking and swimming, and enjoys catching up with her friends. Saturday mornings are often spent cheering on her son at his football.
Nigel Barton
Nigel is proud to be part of the team at PFC. He thoroughly enjoys the wide range of activities, including powerlifting, football, and cooking.
Outside of work, he likes to stay active through swimming and boxing, and enjoys meeting and talking to people from all walks of life. He is also proud to be involved with the veterans' group, which is something close to his heart.
Gillian Tribble
Gillian has worked part-time at PFC for over two and a half years and is a valued member of the team. She brings warmth, efficiency, and dedication to her role and considers it a privilege to work alongside colleagues and engage with our wonderful service users. Now enjoying retirement, Gillian appreciates having more time to spend with her beloved family. She enjoys knitting and crocheting for her grandchildren and planning holidays and days out with her husband.
